Had these so-called leaders had a sense of measure they probably wouldn't have led the lives they have, first exploiting and oppressing and now savagely killing their own people to hold on to power. All the fluff in the world doesn't seem likely to guild their images at this point. But squandering the people's millions in the scramble to maintain a grip on power seems in keeping with past behavior.
